We value your satisfaction and aim to provide quality products and reliable service.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • An unboxing video showing the parcel being opened is provided as proof in case of damaged or incorrect items.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

  • The item is not a clearance, promotional, or perishable product.

2. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will only be processed for items with valid unboxing video proof showing damage or incorrect items upon delivery.

  • If the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival, a full refund or replacement will be provided.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
An unboxing video must be provided for verification.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
