Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Golden Ray Mart. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Once your return is inspected and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days.

Perishable goods, clearance items, or custom orders are not eligible for return.

Golden Ray Mart reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
